ORDERING ONLINE
It's easy! All you have to do is browse through the products, by choosing one of the menu options on the left. When you see something you like, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. This puts the product in your Shopping Bag. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Bag; then, when you're finished, just click on "Checkout", fill in the required information, and in no time you'll be the happy recipient of some wonderful Elemis products! Please note that the listed product prices are in Australian dollars.

Shopping at the Elemis online shop should be as enjoyable and stress free as shopping in an actual store. Therefore, we (Purity Australia Ltd) place enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are encrypted to ensure its safe transfer to us, and are removed from our system once your order has been despatched.
SHIPPING
Current Delivery Times
Products can only be delivered in Australia or New Zealand.
Within Australia
Elemis Australia ships parcels via Australia Post using registered mail. This ensures that your delivery arrives safely as the location of the parcel can always be tracked.
Orders within Australia will be delivered in 4 - 7 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days).
During peak trading times (e.g. May, November & December), most Australian orders will be delivered within 6 – 10 working days.

Within New Zealand
Please allow up to 12 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise . All orders are sent airmail using Australia Post.
If the order includes items that Australia Post classes as 'dangerous goods', the order will be sent via Toll IPEC for Victoria & STAR TRACK for all other states in Australia. Please note 'dangerous goods' cannot be shipped to New Zealand

RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you love everything you order from the Elemis online shop. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened and used skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (generally allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product’s use).
Should you be less than happy with anything else you’ve ordered from the Elemis online shop, please return it to us here at Purity Australia Ltd within 28 days of purchase, unopened and with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.
Please note: When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method (no cash refunds).
IMPORTANT: Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend REGISTERED POST BY AUSTRALIA POST). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns and if your order was excempt from shipping and handling fees, we will deduct the cost to us of shipping and handling which is $9.95 within Australia & $14.95 within New Zealand.
